Glad The Snow Stopped

It was snowing really bad this morning and I'm gld it did stopped already. There's some few accident this morning which is scary because I know how slipperty it is being on the road. There's alot of snow on the ground and it really looks yuckyyyyy. But hey I'm here in Michigan and gotta love the snow right hehehehhehehe. I Came In The Right Time

Yeah I'm so glad I came before it was crowded, I was glad my friend Tennesa dropped me off here. Because 10 minutes after I was here there's alot of people that came and some of them can't find a place to sit down. Starbucks is a nice place to go, because they have great coffee. Yup I love their coffee and their cakes, today I had a blueberry cake which is one of my favorite. Oh it's so good but I have to limit myself eating one or two. How I Wish I have Family

.......that lives here in United States, sometimes it's just so hard being far from the Family especially when you have alot of problem. This month there's alot of problem that came to my life and I had a hard time dealing all of them. Because I didn't expect all of this problem at all, it's just my worst nightmare I guess. I hope next month will be a different month for me, I know I can't tell what is ahead but I am hoping it would be different that this month. Take care everyone and you all have a wonderful night.

Zion Oil Announces Follow-on Public Offering to Fund Its Exploration Program in Israel

Proceeds of $25 Million Offering to Enable a Multi-Well Drilling Program

DALLAS & CAESAREA, Israel -- Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (AMEX: ZN - News), announced today the filing of a registration statement with the SEC, for a follow-on public offering of a minimum of 325,000 units, up to a maximum of 2,500,000 units, at $10.00 per unit. Each unit will consist of one share of Zion's common stock and one warrant to purchase a share of Zion's common stock at $7.00 per share.

Zion is raising funds in order to pursue its planned multi-well drilling program. Depending on actual amounts raised, Zion intends to carry out, to the extent possible, the following work program: drill Zion's second well to the Triassic Formation (at a depth of 15,400 feet under Zion's Joseph License) and/or to the Permian Formation (at a depth of 18,040 feet), drill a test well on Zion's Asher-Menashe License to the Triassic Formation and, if appropriate, the Permian Formation and prepare for the drilling of an additional well on either its Joseph or Asher-Menashe License.
The offering will be placed through Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc. and other selected licensed broker-dealers, on a 'best efforts' basis. If the offering does not raise the minimum amount of $3,250,000 by 90 days after the registration statement is declared effective by the SEC, (a date that may be extended for up to an additional 60 days), the offering will be terminated and any funds subscribed returned. If the minimum is timely subscribed, the offering will remain open until the earlier of a maximum raise of $25 million or 180 days after being declared effective by the SEC, (a date that may be extended for up to an additional 60 days), subject to termination on notice of two trading days.

Soy Milk

Oh I never had a good soy milk before but this time, the one I had was just delicious. It was the best soy milk ever, I am really glad I am back on this kind of hobby which is drinking some good drinks such as the soy milk and fruit juices. Because that sure helps my health and keeps me healthy, since I just moved back here I am dealing with the cold weather again and with that I need to be healthy or I'll get sick ehhehehhehe. Soy Milk is the best and I love drinking it, it's good for my body and it's natural. Anyway, that's all and it's my pleasure to see you here in my blog.

Electric Train

Ok let's put some smile in our face, since it's been all sadness huh. I was surfing and fine this nice joke about Eletric Train. It's always nice to smile and it helps us all not to have some wrinkles hahhhahaha. Anyway, enjoy....

A few days after Christmas, a mother was working in the kitchen listening to her young son playing with his new electric train in the living room. She heard the train stop and her son said, "All of you sons of bitches who want off, get the hell off now, cause this is the last stop! And all of you sons of bitches who are getting on, get your asses in the train, cause we're going down the tracks."

The mother went nuts and told her son, "We don't use that kind of language in this house. Now I want you to go to your room and you are to stay there for TWO HOURS. When you come out, you may play with your train, but I want you to use nice language."

Two hours later, the son comes out of the bedroom and resumes playing with his train. Soon the train stopped and the mother heard her son say, "All passengers who are disembarking from the train, please remember to take all of your belongings with you. We thank you for riding with us today and hope your trip was a pleasant one. We hope you will ride with us again soon." She hears the little boy continue, "For those of you just boarding, we ask you to stow all of your hand luggage under your seat. Remember, there is no smoking on the train. We hope you will have a pleasant and relaxing journey with us today."

As the mother began to smile, the child added, "For those of you who are pissed off about the TWO HOUR delay, please see the bitch in the kitchen."

It's so quite right now since I'm all alone, well except for the music. Yeah I usually play music when I'm alone that way I won't be lonely. It's like that music my best friend because it's always there hehehehehhee. I love it when it's quite anyway, this place is nice and love it. Right now the only thing that is really loud is my music. Today is just another lazy day for me, I really don't know what else to do other than being here in the computer doing updates on my blog. I feel like I'm sleepy but I don't want to go to sleep cause I'm not really that tired plus being in the computer is fun for me. I keep yawning though but my eyes is sure wide awake. Another Coupon Today

Tonight I got another coupon which I can used where I used for scrapbook shopping. One of the designer send me PM on DST and give me the coupon code for shopping. I was so happy because I was thinking on shopping but just waiting for the right time. I thought there's might be alot of sales you know since it's Valentine's day. And yes it sure alot, when I went to the website where I can get my free kit, I found some other things too. So all in all I pay $4.25 that's with other kit and elements, great deal huh and I love it.

Sleep Tight....

Time for my bed time, yeah it's actually a little bit early but I just felt like going to bed. I'm not sleep though but I think I can sleep once I'm in bed. I just have to rest and relax my mind after the hard day I had. Yeah it was terrible day for me and I didn't like it at all. I wish I could change that day but I can't. How are you all doing? Sorry I kinda miss this blog hehehehhehe. I thought I made an update already but I guess I didn't. Well, I was just so busy doing other things today and just forgot that I have some other works to do too. Tonight is kinda cold here in Texas, but it's not windy which is good because it's going to be cold more. Dave and I didn't really cook for dinner tonight since we have some left overs, so we decided to just eat the left overs. Another beautiful day here in Texas and I'm loving it because it's not cold at all. Today there's some errands that we have to do. Yeah some groceries and go to Jcpenney for some pictures that I need so I can renew my passport. I've been wanting to renew my passport last week but didn't have a chance because we're unable to go to Corpus Christy due to some work. So Dave told me that this week is fine because there's no work to do. Now I'm just waiting for Dave to come home since he went to the shop to check the goats and then come back so we can go to Corpus. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and you have a great time.

Hi everyone. I am here so share some of my photo again as I practice more on photography. I think I kinda get what I want at this point. But I still look for more info on how to take more great pictures. I told Dave that on my birthday I want a new camera hehehhehe. Since it's my birthday, ehehheh he knows the camera that I want. I wish that's the one the he got before. The time he purchased my camera at Staples website the one that I like so much is so expensive that time. And now it's getting lower and lower hehhehehe, so I told him that maybe that's what I want on my birthdya and I'm going to give him my camera. I love my camera right now but if he get me the other version hmmmm that would be fantastic hehehhehe. I'll wait see what going to happen. Still Awake Here

Yeah I'm still awake but I'm about to go to bed now, just want to finish what I'm doing. I just finish my one project which is the scrapbook. I can do one scrapbook a day during a week but when I'm busy no scrapbook. The reason why I'm still awake is because I'm kinda hungry, there's some bread and peanut butter but I don't feel like having some at this time. However I think I might have some ice cream, a mango flavour ice cream that we got from HEB couple nights ago. I think it's already my hobby that before I go to sleep I always have to eat some food. Bad huh but hey if your hungry you have to eat hehehhehe. Anyway, take care everyone, and good night.

No New Pictures Yet

I was too lazy today to take pictures of me again. I was just busy doing some other things that need more my attention and time hehehhehe. I told some of my family that I will be sending some pictures of me back home and that's what I am trying to do. Putting all the together that pictures that I will print. I have plenty of photos saved on my computer and now it's time to see which one should be deleted hehehehhe. I usually delete the pictures that don't look ok to my eyes. I told Dave that I took 200 pictures when I want too but only few will be left to that pictures because mostly I will delete some of them hehehhehehehhe. Anyway, take care and god bless everyone.

Marimar Love It Now!!!!

Yeah this time I love the Marimar cause it back to the way I love it. Though they can't get married yet due to some problem between Marimar and Sergio. What a telesery, makes everyone to attach to them. I love watching Marimar but this is my second day which I started watching it again. Because the past episode of Marimar was sure useless, I mean it was just a waste of time. It was just way different from original which I love more. However, this Marimar in the Philippines can sometimes be fun to watch sometimes it's too much. It's like the person that wrote this story or direct the telesery don't know how to finish it.

I read alot of comments on youtube from other viewers and some of them are mad because there's too many pasikot you know. Why not just direct to the point like the telesery here in US. I guess that just how Filipino makes movie then, maybe our directors there are different because even in a movie they do that all the time too, too much pasikot sometimes hehehheheh.
