It's Been Two Days Now

Since I hurt my neck and still it's painful to turn to my left. I really don't know what I did wrong when I got up from bed but I remember that after 5 minutes from time I got up on the bed, my neck started to feel painful. I tried to ignore if for almost half a day hoping it will be gone, but instead it get worst and just more painful. I took some advil but that doesn't help me either. I took hot shower and thought it would work, but still nothing. Anyway I am hoping when I get home tonight it would be ok yeah crossing my fingers to that. Take care everyone.
